    I ORDERED A CUSTOM CAGE FROM JURASSICAGES DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T :censored: :censored: :censored: GO TO A MAJOR SELLER HE WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE HE DID ME..MY CAGE WAS BUSTED UP BECAUSE THE WAY HE SHIPPED IT THRU UPS AND WOULD NOT MAKE GOOD ON THE REFUND I TOLD HIM SEND A BALL PYTHON FOR THE DIFFERENCE NOPE NOTHING ...FOR ALL MY HEADACHES I WILL ORDER THE NEW VISION 400 AS FOR MILTON AND JURASSICAGES IM NOT DONE YET

    Did you contact UPS about the damage the cage received in transit? Maybe they could do something?

    Smulkin makes a good point, have you contacted UPS yet? I've been in the shipping/receiving business for the last 5 years now, and i deal extensively with UPS. I know that if they are responsible for the damage, they will either pay for the part they damaged or will pay to have it repaired. I would get in touch with your local UPS office and see if there is anything they can do for you.

    Except I understand that they will frequently deal only with the shipper in cases like this, unless the product was shipped on the account of the receiver. It's certainly worth a phone call, though.

    This is true. I was just suggesting that he call and find out if they would refund the money. If they would, he could go back to the vendor and go from there.
