    Humidity and temp gauges
Does anyone have product recommendations for this? There are an awful lot listed on Amazon, the ones intended for reptiles seem to get low marks, so I'd like to get some recommendations from BP people. Thanks in advance.

How do you plan on using them? in a room? tank? tub? incubator?

I'm curious to this as well. I used the acurite ones, but within a month, the digital display was distorted from the humidity and were unreadable.

In individual cages. My snakes are in terrariums instead of tubs. I live in the desert, so I want to try to be more precise than "I guess this is ok"...

AcuRite thermometers/hygrometer. Many people like the ones with the probe. I use the ones without it in the cool side of the tub facing out so that I can read the numbers. When they die, I'll probably switch to the wired probe version.

I've had good results with the ZooMed digital thermometer with probe. They're only about $9 at Petsmart. For a hygrometer I just got a digital All Living Things(Petsmart brand) that does the job.
