skin condition...what can I do?

My bp has a skin condition and I have no idea what it is, how it happened or what to do. I had a hide in his cage I kept damp and he was in it constantly until I noticed it didnt look right. Is there anywhere I could find pics to identify the issue?

If it is on his belly it could be it was too damp, and he has scale rot..but yeah pics would be best

Really need pictures in any case like this. If it was constantly damp where he was sitting it may be scale rot.

I would take him to the vet. It's most likely scale rot.
