    Bin Size
I keep my snakes in plastic bins atm. I want to move them to larger ones because but the ones i found didnt have much vertical space. How much vertical room do the bins you guys use have? My guys are about 200g each atm, what size steralite bin do you think they would fit best in?. Or do you have a system of moving them do different size bins when they hit a certain weight?

I use 41 quart sterilize sweater bins. They're short as can be, but... my BP don't really climb, anyway. They can move around freely, though not really periscope, get to their water and in and out of hides and seem to have no real complaints. They're also 950 and 600 grams.

    Re: Bin Size
I made the decision to use 41qt sterilites. Right now my collection isn't to the size where space is a big issue. I've heard people say that the 41qt is good for full grown adult females and too big otherwise. It does seem strange that it's vertical height is so low but mine don't seem to mind. They crawl onto the hides and still have room to lift their heads up. I found it's also a great size for me to have 2 hides, a water bowl and a log. I havent built a custom shelf for them yet so they're sitting on standard metal shelving units that require me to still use the snap on lids. I do have two that live in a snake condo that's giant and they do make use of the height but regular handling should be good enough to compinsate for the lower height in the 41qts in my opinion. Eventually I probably will switch to the industry standard sizing.
