    The Happy Couple
When I first started collecting ball pythons, I wasn't intending to breed and ended up getting male heavy, so my new girls have some catching up to do. I don't mind the wait though, and they look so cute together.

They do make a lovely picture together. But didn't you just get her? Quarantine?

I did just get her, but I got her from a good breeder that I've gotten other snakes from in the past and have never had problems with. Additionally, my QT space was in my bedroom, where I recently discovered mold growing. I had to empty the entire room into my livingroom (which also serves as my dining/kitchen area) and am now living in what is essentially a tiny studio apartment. She and my other quarantined snake have gone in the general population, as I have no where else to put them. I'm keeping a very close eye on everyone, and everyone's tubs have gotten a PAM treatment. I know its not ideal, but I feel I've done the best I can to keep my snakes safe. Thank you for your concern though.

I commented because lots of people don't even realize they should quarantine, or don't realize that putting the new snake with the old snake for a photo op breaks quarantine, and if that was the case, it was a chance to educate. Good to know you thought about it and made the best decision you could under the circumstances. :gj:

Yeah, I originally kept my quarantine on a shelf in my bedroom, with its own set of tools. But then the mold....:sigh2: Luckily it was just the two babies with no serious concerns. I don't know what I would have done if I had had a sick snake or mite problem.

My room has to have the carpet totally ripped out and a whole wall ripped up and redone. I'm planning on using the time as a chance to make a rack/storage QT spot in one of the closets that I had to empty out, so I guess its like an upgrade? haha
