Getting a Ball Python in a small apartment ?
    Hi! (:
I was planning on getting a BP somewhere around September, I already did as much research as I could and I think I know about everything you have to know about.
There's just one thing I can't seem to find anything about, so I thought I'd ask here.

My apartment is quite small, beside my bathroom and hallway it's just one big open space with a wall in the middle. The only place I can put my BP is in between my partner's battle station and my refrigerator. I won't put him directly next to it of course.
What I want to know is if it's OK to place him in a smaller apartment where I vacuum quite often and where an old refrigerator makes some weird buzzing noise 24/7. Does this cause him to get stressed or is it absolutely OK ?
I wouldn't want to get a snake and then eventually just stress him out ):

I will say(just to throw it out there) that different snakes have some different preferences, but dont worry to much as long as the husbandry is good :) and make sure to have the enclosure ready and regulated at least 2 weeks before you get your new addition/addiction

Yeah same here. Me and Wifey and our 2 snakes live in a really small apartment. It's a more or less one room with kitchen, bed, TV and everything. Snakes seem to be just fine. No problems what so ever, they adopted to the sounds of cooking or TV even loud music.

Their vivs are regulated and the temps and humidity is as it should be, and they thrive. Eating regularly no problems with bad sheds etc...

Ball Pythons are perfect for apartments. You will have no problem keeping one because they require a small space.

I'd suggest getting a python with some size, at least a subadult. Young BPs are pretty nervous to begin with, and more easily stressed out. An older, calmer snake might suit your situation better.

I've got two BPs and a boa in the living room. Always lots going on in there. My roommates like to party so there are a lot of random people over sometimes and they're all loud. Snakes have never seemed stressed out. The boa seems to like to watch people anyways.

lol and at this point I fit snakes wherever I can in my room. I have tubs on top of the snake rack, tubs on top of my dresser, etc. Everyone sheds, eats, and poops like normal. Ball pythons are pretty hardy creatures. They really aren't these little stress balls that can't take any noise or handling.
