Very happy to have proven my girly out; PIEDS! WOOHOO!

So I'm happy to say that this season, I paired my male pied with two virgin female het pieds, and both laid nice, healthy clutches (clutch of 7 from the larger female, and a clutch of 6 from the smaller female). The first clutch has started hatching, and I'm happy to say it looks like I've got four pieds and three hets! My male is maybe a 40-50% white, but man, these two babies are much, MUCH whiter than daddy! And I have to say, Mom has more than proven herself ;)

Just had to show off these gorgeous little fellas! Waiting to sex them until they all hatch out and settle in, then I gotta pick myself a pretty little gal to stay with me ;)

Congrats!

I like the 2nd one. The color is fairly evenly spread throughout his/her whole body length. So many high white pieds have all or at least most of their color in their upper half. I like the more balanced look.

I too love the high white pieds, but with the color more spread out. The pied in the first picture would be perfect to me (my own personal tastes) if those two spots of color in the middle were more spread out, I really like the patchy look. But I have two more pieds to hatch out still, so we will see what they have in store!! I'm just extremely happy with how high white these two are!
