Anyone know of a reputable western hognose breeder?
I'm so weary about purchasing a snake online, but I don't know of anyone locally that I can go to for a Western Hognose, so just curious if anyone knows of a reputable place to purchase from online?

Greg Jackson on Fauna is a guy local to me. He sells at or slightly bellow market, but he sells beautiful and well feeding snakes. All my albino stock came from him. Triangle Reptiles I believe is his call tag on kingsnake

Cahaba river reptiles is supposed to be good as is extreme hogs (but they sell higher end morphs usually).

I have not done business with either, but saw cahaba river at a show I went to... Their animals looked good and their prices seemed fair. I bought my hognose from envy hognose and he has been fine (other than being a very finicky eater), but I feel their prices are a bit steep, other than that I didn't have an issue with them... Payment went smoothly and they agreed to bring him to a show I was going to where I picked him up.

I would advise that you get a well-started snake, preferably a female (I have experienced and have heard that males go off-feed more). Feeding issues seem somewhat commen with hogs so getting one that is well started on f/t mice is a must.

    Good luck!
