How to run heat tape in new rack?
Im building this 28 qt rack http://www.peterwilliamsreptiles.com/tutorials.php# But I want to run belly heat and I'm lost on how to do it? I was thinking of routing out thin 4in wide holes on the on the side of the rack level with each shelf piece and running the tape through it and hooking the connectors up where the tape hangs out of the side of the rack if that makes any since? Thanks

I built my 28 qt rack out of pine plywood, I used belly heat in the form of a continuous strip of 4 inch heat tape. I took each of the shelves and cut a four inch notch in one end so I could snake the heat tape down, then secure it with foil tape.
