I have no idea what is going on with my new female.
I just bought a juvenile female fancy rat from Petsmart and she seemed to start seizing but it's lasted for over an hour! I don't know what to do and there is blood coming from her nose, I am sorry to post on this particular part of the forum, I just wasn't sure where to post? But she is going downhill fast. She can't stay upright and seems like everything is off balance, she doesn't want to be let go off but she is grinding her teeth so hard she is breaking them and I can't hardly handle holding her because of the sound- but I can't let her by herself either! I paid for her, but my fiance signed the contract and he is a trucker and gone for the next week, therefore I can't take her to Petsmart for the 14 days veterinary assistance service.

They won't accept her without him present because he signed the contract! D: Please does anyone know what is happening to her? I haven't done anything abnormal to her environment, and my three other rats are fine. Two adults and one other juvenile, but I bought them all from different stores. This literally sprang out of nowhere. Any help gladly appreciated thank you!!! D:

    Re:
Now she is just curled up in fetal position shaking. All the clinics closed an hour ago. I really think I am going to lose her.

I have tried moving her in all kinds of different environments, but she is calmest in her paper bedding. Ugh. This is awful.

Have no idea as far as what might be going on, but I would just stick to basic first aid until you can get her to a vet. Keep her warm, however you can, put her on a towel placed over a heating pad and put her somewhere dark and quiet. Make sure she can get to water, if she cant offer it to her with a syringe, often. I would not feed since she's convulsing, idk how long it's been since she's eaten, obviously that's up to your judgement. Get her to a vet asap. Sorry I'm not any more help, hope it turns out well. :(

Well, I tried to gently pick her up and when I did I noticed she had stopped breathing... she's gone. I don't even think I had time to name her, yet. Thank you for the advice you gave, I appreciate the time you took to give it, I wish it didn't turn out the way it did :l

Sorry to hear, sometimes petsmart can be reason with, talk to someone there tell them what happen and why your spouse cant show up. Hopefully they agree and give you a new fancy
