Ball Python Swelling Question

What could cause swelling right behind the head, on the neck on the underside in a Ball python? it is real squishy She can Breathe fine and nothing is leaking from her

It can be the start of an R.I or I have occasionally seen it in snakes about to shed.

Thanks, So much, She is going to the Vet Tuesday, I just worry Tuesday being a few days off still

pictures are helpful. also, if you know how to do it, maybe check the inside of the mouth.
