Feeding Help~

My BP Robin isn't eating these days. I MAY have done something to make her stressed. I try my best to be not a careless kid. Here's somethings that I did past the few days.
1. I cleaned her cage by putting her to a pot for about 30 minutes.
2. I offered her thawed mouse for a couple of times for 2 days.
3. Handled her ONCE.
4. Now she's just sleeping behind her 'Hide' (She never use it but she sleeps behind it)
5. NOW, currently I'm offering her 2 live pinkies. She's doesn't have ANY interest in it. She doesn't even bother looking at it. It even looks like she's sleeping.
I double checked her cage and it's fine other than this, I don't think there could be anything to cause her stress.

Offering her food too often will stress her. I would wait 5-7 days and then offer again. If it's frozen/thawed, you can leave it in with her overnight - she may not want to eat in front of you.

If this is the first time you cleaned out the cage since having her, then she might have reverted back to the "new cage" approach where BP's can be finicky eaters until they chill.

Make sure your humidity and temps are good. Make sure the snake cage is covered on three vertical sides. Helps them feel more comfortable.

Once you have verified/done all that offer her a fuzzy rat (=) ) once every 7 days until she eats. then go back to once every 5 days.

Live pinkies? i hope not mice, that is far to small for even baby bp's, Remember every week they dont have to eat they are not like us, iv had even my 300-400g girls go on fast for 2-3 months with only a weight loss fo 30-40g after defications. They will be fine, Aswell make sure her hide is small enough that she touches 3+ Sides.... Bottom/left/right/top any of those.. the best hide, will look as if its too small for them, my 400g lavender spider, fits in a small hide, so always make sure hide isnt too but (her being behind it is a sign it may be too large.

Oh~ The hide IS very large. I'll keep that in mind thanks. Oh also, I got pinkies when I bought her. So I was going to just feed the pinkies a little more often then switch to fuzzy mouse... Do snakes prefer bigger food for their bigger body?

Thanks. I got a UV light lamp the day I bought Robin. The pet dudes said to put it on for 6 hours a day (6PM~12PM) but it's WAY TOO HOT. It gets to 40C if I turn it on for 20 minutes. Did the pet guys fraud me? Or do I need to turn the UV light for 6 hours? (I still turn on UV lights when it's too cold or when I'm feeding) Thanks

Everything can die if they don't eat. lol Snakes can go months wiout eating, so don't stress too much about it.

BPs don't need UV lights. I would take it back to the pet store and then get a basking lamp (if you don't have one already). Go with a 50 watt or something that can make the hot end of the tank around 33-34C. The rest of the tank should be around 27C, but never under 24C.

Well there is TWO issues here

1- Big hide means, no security so that could be a huge issue look for these and buy the appropriate size one.. http://www.reptilebasics.com/hide-boxes

2. If meal is TOO small they may refuse to eat it. a pinky is tiny unless live it is not very "enticing" Look at the girth of your snakes mid section (widest part) and find something similar to little bigger for his next meal.
