Carpenter for custom cages in the New England area

I've tried contacting the "Cage Company" whose number one priority is customer service, but have received no response and they don't seem to answer their phone in the middle of a weekday. Besides, they aren't local and I would prefer to work with someone locally, if possible in the area from Boston to Providence, or out on Cape Cod somewhere. Mainly to avoid shipping, although Cage Company's prices (shipped) were amazing if only they'd get back to me.
