    My new leopard gecko
    Hello just figured id post up my new addition and to ask some questions. Can they have too much calcium powder? I saw somewhere about putting a shallow dish in with the calcium powder. Also heres a pic

    No, they cant have to much, it should always be available to them, thy will lick it on there own when they need it, that said, there is no point to have a big thing of it at a time as they tip it over and its expensive, the best thing to do is put it in a shallow dish like you were suggested :) Hope this helps.

    Thanks though the little guy wasnt eating (got him from petsmart since i couldnt find a breeder) and he wouldnt eat so i had to exchange him and the new ones eating like a champ
