    slugs or tiny eggs?
So I came home today to find one of my females coiling on some eggs. I wasnt really expecting eggs this season - yesI put a male in with her, BUT I didnt think think the deed was really done and she wasnt really showing any signs of being gravid etc.

She laid 5 tiny eggs.. Im not sure they are viable, because they kind of resemble slugs, but they also arent super yellow. Should I give it time and see if they are good, before giving up or are they definetly slugs?

They look like slugs, but I would still candle them. You could do that now, just be careful of a protective mom!

Looks like slugs you can still candle them to make sure if you wish too.

Top is a fertile egg, bottom is an infertile egg.

And yes females coil around slugs just like sometimes they kick perfectly healthy eggs out too.
