    Hides to close together?
Hello there, I have a quick question regarding my hides. Ive always been told its a good idea to have similar, if not identical hides for the hot and cold end of the viv so your snake does not have to choose between security and heat. I had a "stump" hide on my cold side for a while which he would use, however it was a little tall. I went out and was able to find the exact same one I use on his hot side, however now that its in the viv I'm wondering if its too cramped. I know that balls usually burrow and hide and that a hidden ball is generally a happy ball, however they obviously roam around a little. My question to you all is do you think my setup is too cramped? Ill post a picture with the new hide, and one with the old for comparison. ( Its a 40 Gallon tank) Any input would be appreciated, thank!

Nice looking setup. Not too cramped at all.
