So I took out Coyle earlier today and noticed that he smelled really bad (kind of like urine) and his underside was very dry. I went to check him this evening and to clean his cage and he had shed for the first time since I got him. It was in bits and pieces and was incomplete. My girlfriend gave him a warm bath (which he loved) and helped him off with the rest of the skin. He also took a massive crap in the tub as well. He is now back in his newly cleaned and redecorated tank and very happy. Probably looking forward to the next meal on Sunday! I am so proud...

Maybe its dependent on what you feed? Is your BP eating mice or rats? Also it probably smelled worse because it was in the water and not hard.
