    Rack Building Question
Hey guys, this is probably a silly questions but better safe than sorry. I'm going to build a shelf module for my exo-terra enclosures. I'm aware pine gives off odors that can be potentially damaging to ball python's breathing. I am looking to build the framework out of pine 2x4s and cover the top, and 3 sides with wall paneling which may of may not be made out of pine. Is this a potential danger? I currently house them on paper towel bedding so the pine fumes would obviously only be outside the cages but with the screen tops I/m wondering if enough of the pine fumes would enter the cages to be a danger. Any input is appreciated.

Dried pine is fine. I built an enclosure for a BP I had several years ago and never had a problem. I am starting another display case for another snake and will build it from dried pine as well. You just want to stay away from pine shavings or any pine that is not dried.
