Anyone know a cheap supplier of kiln dried pine shavings other than tractor supply?

I have tons of feed stores near me. Problem is that in NJ they are not really feed stores but pet food stores. We don't have a lot of farms around here.

Perhaps check out a hardware store that carries wood.
Could try wood pellets from Home Depot. 40 lbs for 4$

So, can I just use wood stove pellets then? As long as there is no additive, right?

I was thinking I would use pellets for my adults, especially since in the summer its hot and pellets wont hold heat as well as shavings.

Problem is, pine pellet bedding is $12-15 for a 40lb bag in both my local feed stores, talk about a rip off :/

I use tractor supply, but my store has been out of shavings for TWO MONTHS. . . The next best store is about 30 minutes away... not awful, but not fun.
