    First Ball...feeding/advice...PLS!
Hi there, new member...firesnake (as my morph ball python is called Fire!). I rescued him from a totally unsuitable environment, he wasn't eating AT ALL before I got him, and for some time after I took him (around xmas). He's approx 2 and half feet, I THINK about a yr and half old...maybe someone can tell me exactly how old they think he may be?? I have read up on ball pythons, and learned as I've gone along really. He has a lovely big viv now, my question is this....he's now eating every 5 days, takes the food, frozen large mice STRAIGHT away (he was a problem eater; as I mentioned), but should I now be feeding him a little less often. This is gross.....but also, should I wait till he's had a full 'bowl movement' before feeding him again!! I don't wanna over-feed him, just want him as healthy as possible. I've been spraying him for humidity and to help with shedding (as that was also a problem initially), he's ALMOST done a full shed now, except head, it tends to be the last part to shed, but I don't think that's a problem. My main question is about the feeding, and any other general health tips. I did buy some calcium+D3, but I don't think it's necessary as he's eating regularly now. He is 100% at ease with me, handling etc. I am about to move house, and don't want a repeat of him not feeding, although as the vivarium isn't changing HOPEFULLY he'll be ok with the move. SO....HELLO! Any advice, greatly appreciated, thanks guys, Firesnake aka hellsx
