Looks good Zach! I would recommend the THG heat tape from reptile basics. Depending on what size your tubs are I'd go with 6 inch or 11 inch tape. Reptile basics is based from North Carolina. Awesome fast delivery.

Top row is 6qt (4 of them) next 2 rows are 15qt(3 per row) and bottom 2 rowd holds 41qt (1 each) and I am making a 3 level 32qt now that holds 2 per row. Whenever my females grow I can eventually make a 41qt rack... I have 6 inch heat tape coming will be here tuesday

    It looks great!

I have a Herpstat 1 and I love it. I think their cheapest thermostat that does two racks is the Herpstat 2 at $195, so it's not too expensive. Depending on how many racks you plan on having in the future, you may want to look at the Herpstat 4, as it does 4 zones and not that much more expensive at $339. The Vivarium Electronics VE-300X2 also does two racks, and it's the same price as the Herpstat 2.

What size and how long are the tapes in each rack?
IF you make them the same you can run on one stat.
If not, I would run two stats.
I would prefer to only have to replace on one rack should anything ever happen.

I have used the Vivarium 300X2 for awhile now and have nothing but good to say about it. I've ordered from Reptile Basics numerous times and their always good to work with.
