Lawsuit Update: On 4/26/2014, the Court denied the Government's motion to dismiss and is allowing USARK the opportunity to file an amended complaint. In other words, the case will not be thrown out and will proceed: "Accordingly, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is hereby DENIED without prejudice."
