    Vibrating Python?
So, I reached into Darwin's tank today to handle him a bit, It's been a few days, and as I run my finger along his back it was.. vibrating? I don't know how else to explain it. Like a humming feeling. I pulled my hand away and touched again and he was still doing it. I picked him up, and it stopped, but it was a very curious experience.

    Anybody seen this before?

Whats your cage temperatures like? Sometimes BP will shiver as a way to generate heat, but this is usually done during egg incubation by females.

I've felt my boas do that too sometimes. I thought it was weird, but when I noticed that they all do it I stopped worrying about it.

I've noticed this before when using heatmats - it never seemed to do them any harm that I could see.
