    Incubator help
So it's about time I started testing out the incubator I have converted from a fridge.

So far the temps aren't really fluctuating. Only thing that is concerning me is the difference from top shelf to bottom shelf.

The top shelf is sitting at 31.6c
The middle shelf is sitting at 31.1c
The bottom shelf is sitting at 30.8c

I am using heat cable at the back of the fridge with two fans sitting on the "step" blowing air upwards.

Would it be better to have the fans blowing down? Didn't really think it would make much of a difference when I put them in.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

I would recommend positioning the fans to blow from the top down, as heat already rises without their help. :)

Heat travels upward therefore your fan should be blowing downward.

Now as far as your temps this variance is totally acceptable and normal.
