    The Boa bathroom
For all the Boa lovers out there i have a question for you. Why does my boa always crap in her water? Every single time time. I just want one thats on the fancy substrate so i dont have to clean her fancy 5lb rock water bowl when she does.

Maybe she likes that clean feeling when she's done? :P

I'd prefer it if mine used their water bowls, I keep enough clean extras on hand to just swap them and then I run the dirty ones through the dishwasher. As it is, they usually manage to mess up the hide, the side of the water bowl, the wall...

Lol. Yes, the water bowl would be much easier to clean than the sneakers they leave under the aspen, edge of the hide...

Yes, that's exactly what we are saying. lol!! :D

When mine do decide to be kind and poo in their water bowls, I just dump, rinse, and put in the dishwasher. I have several spares. I like the heavy crocks with a squared off bottom. My boas also have the audacity to like to tip their bowls, so I have to use the heavy crocks that won't tip. So I just have a nice collection of spares.

Lucky you. Cleaning bowls is much better than the back-aching job of scrubbing a cage.
