    Starting up again
We did the breeding of rats and asf's before but stopped when our number of snakes dropped. Since we will be hopefully getting a few more bps in the future figured we'd start up again with the rats. We now have a 1.3 group of rats. They are still young but we are in no real hurry for babies just yet anyways. I tried getting pictures of the cuties but you know how cell phone and fast rats go so well together. lol

Male is black/white. Female 1 is black with just a bit of white on underside. Female 2 and 3 I'm not really sure what you'd call their color. I'd say beige but not 100% on that. One has just a bit of white on her side. The other is solid.

Husband named the male Dirty (as in you dirty rat). Black female is named Raven. And the other two females we haven't figured out just yet.

Here is the best photo out of many I could get. Shows male and one beige? female.

This particular female is the only one so far that has come over and when smelling my hands that likes to bite. Not hard but doing it over and over. Not sure if my hand just smells good (wash before handling) or what. lol Hoping to get them used to me as I'd prefer nice rats. :)

Any ideas on the color or names just shoot away. Thanks!

Black and white one looks like a hooded rat. The other almost looks like a self but I see some white in there.

Welcome to your new addiction. Just wait, you'll be driving various places to buy new rats with various genes.
