well, thats the first time ever. the first time rex, or any snake, has drawn blood on me. how many other people been bit bny snkaes that made them bleed?

Rex got ya huh? Feeding response or what? I've been gotten by boa's mostly. Sprocket got me once and drew some nice blood. It doesnt hurt or bleed for too long. Just long enough to make you wonder what happened.

I got bit by a garter snake once when I was about 5. To be honest, that's the only bite I've ever gotten. Startled the poo out of me, though.

Everytime i've had that happen, i still try to continue with my handling session. There are times when you cant do that tho :shock:

i did, but i only held him for 10min. im gonna cut down his feedings to once every 2wks since thats only when he seems to be hungry

hes about 30in. he only eats every 2wks as it is, so im just gonna offer food every 2wks.

Try a 10-day feeding schedule and see how that works for you. He may be willing to go with that.
