    Normal or Fire? You decide!
Here's a pic of my two females. One is a normal black back and the other a dinker. Don't know if she is a fire or light normal. She has a clean belly, interesting pattern, and extremely light color. Both are being bred to a black pastel this season (hopefully).

Her offspring will be the only way we know for sure what she is, until then what do you guys think? Normal or fire?

    Both look really good.
I don't believe the lighter one is a fire though. Looks like a really light normal, in my opinion.
But I would definitely pair it to a fire! And with it being so light, I bet it can improve/enhance the pastel gene too.

Oh wow both of them are gorgeous!! Amazing looking snakes :) I love them both. I'd say a very bright nice normal but whatever you pair her with will look amazing!

Nikki stole the words straight from my brain. I completely agree with the possibility of it making great fires and even perhaps pastels. Go get a firefly and throw him to her next year :gj: Haha, in all seriousness, good luck with these two, they really do both look great.

Can't see the head very well to see if there is a head stamp. Looks like maybe the edge of one is showing, but of course normals can have head stamps too.

What I find most interesting about the snake is the couple of places it has dark smudges in the light portions of its pattern.

Beautiful snake, whatever it is. The black back is nice too, but the other one is a real eye catcher.

    Gorgeous!
I can't tell you what I think the second is (no good with morphs, apart from the basics) but that clean line down the back is amazing. I haven't seen that before.
    Best of luck!

Thanks for the inputs. Morphs and genetics can be so confusing sometimes lol. I guess we will have to wait till later this year to find out her true identity haha. I like hearing everyone's thoughts so keep them coming :)

I'm digging the black back one. :)

As for the other one, I can't help but think there's something more than normal going on with her, but the only real way to tell if she's a fire is to pair her with a fire. I doubt pairing her with a black pastel is going to tell you anything. At best, you'll get a few that look a lot like her, with the same question mark, as well as a few black pastels that "might" be fire. You gotta go for the super to know for sure.
