I've been lurking around the boards for a while, but I thought it was time to properly introduce myself... I'm Laura! I've been a snake owner for almost three months now. My one and only is a normal girl named Maya, and I could not have asked for a better first snake. She is an absolute dream to care for. I also have two other pets, a cat named Fluffy (who I've had since I was 5 years old... making her 14 years old!) and a dachshund named Baxter (who is also somewhere around 14 but we've only had him for 8 years.)
I feel the snake addiction coming on ;) unfortunately, my dreams are a bit bigger than my budget at the moment. Although I am hoping to pick up a black milk snake at the Seattle Metro expo in a few weeks (I'm super stoked!) and maybe one day I can add a Hog Island boa to my collection too :D
