Please help ID!!

Looks like a garter snake of some sort.

That's what I was thinking, I'd just not seen one this light.

It really looks like a Wandering Garter. We have them up here in Canada. Is that species local there at all?

From doing a quick Google search it is probably the Eastern Garter Snake.
