Very cool that you rescued her, she is very pretty! How long is she? It is hard to tell from the pic but I would guess without UVB and her being so skinny her growth was a bit stunted as well? The shop that my buddy works at just took in an adult male rescue. The owner kept him in a cage made with chicken wire and his lips are almost completely gone. They are trying to revive the poor guy, sad thing is he is super sweet, not aggressive at all the own was just in over his head and waited too long to surrender him :(

Congrats on the rescue, in due time she should recover nicely with proper care. For future reference quarantine new pets before introducing them to your own. There's no telling where she has been, what she's carrying and or could have been exposed to that can be passed on through bodily fluids or just from being in the same area. She should also so a Vet for a check up and have a fecal done if you haven't already.

We've had her for a while I quarantined her for 2 weeks. And she came from a reptile rescue near me and she has been checked through a vet and besides the malnutrition she endured she's good. She's eating very well I'm being careful on how much she eats cuz I don't want her to regurgitate so I'm feeding her small meals
