    Using cardboard hides temporarily?
I have a ball python and I am currently using cardboard hides. I only plan to use them for the next two weeks until my other hide comes in. Is this going to be a problem within that time frame?
    Thanks

I can't see it being a huge problem during that time frame, but you're definitely going to want to keep an eye out for any signs of rotting or mold. So I'd say as long as you're checking the hides constantly throughout the two weeks, you should be okay.

Should be totally fine. Like what the above poster said, there is a chance of decay/mold because of humidity. But since cardboard is so common and free just replace as necessary. I don't see it getting moldy in that time frame though unless your humidity is extremely high

Unless it gets pooped or peed on, it should be fine.
