hey mods

i know you guys basicly run things around here,do you guys actually have JOBS here that you get paid for ? if so, what are the requirements, how long have you guys been members ?

Mods are helping to do jobs around the "house" so to speak, and are asked to join by admin. Without our wonderful mods, it would be rough round here, lots and lots of work and not enough ppl to cover for the neccessitues. But I am sure we will keep you in mind for a mod position when one come available. Mods do not get paid. It is on a volunteer basis.

just to make things clear, i LOVE it here. you guys do a awesome job.

thanks rex also! mods are nominated by other staff, usually admins, then we run it by mods. the criteria is not hard and fast, it is who we see stands out for whatever reason.

I think what Rex is trying to say is that he would really like to be considered for a position. ;)
