    Need help
I’ve had a ball python for around a year now, my first snake. Normally she feeds ok, it’s pretty much hit and miss. She is around 5 feet long. Lately her behaver has changed, she is normally in her hide most of the day, whilst now she is out and insanely lively. She had a bad shed about three weeks a go, but appears fine now. The most concerning issue is that she hasn’t eaten for around two months. When I try and feed her she will approach the rat and look interested, but just divert away and carry on her quest. Any opinions or help would be very welcome, has anyone got any tips on what i should do or what could be wrong.

    Thanks

I'm assuming that your humidity or temperature is a little off since she didn't have a good shed and most likely the root of your problem. Try to get the temps and humidity correct and everything else will fix itself. BPs are notorious for going on feeding strikes. My male just got off a 4 month strike and the temps/humidity were correct.

Yep check temp and humidity. My YB boy hasn't eaten since the beginning of December. I check every day that everything is good. He is just more interested in girls. Sometimes they'll just go off food for a while. Just keep trying and don't start feeling frantic until she starts looking really thin. Good luck with her.
