Has anybody got a joker ball python morph
Have just bought a pastel yellow belly that doesn't look like one, looks more like a joker ball. The morph I have purchased is a 2013 which is when they were first breed out in Germany.

just interested to see if there are many more out there.

Is the Joker ball related to the Space Cowboy morph?

I doubt someone would sell a 4 gene as a 2 gene animal.
    Post some pictures.

I think they all originated from the Gangster of Love but I'm not positive. I'll check with Maurice and let you know...

I personally wouldn't have put the Joker name on anything that didn't have a clown in it but too late now.................

So the one on WoBP, I don't see the Harlequin or fader in that animal. I never saw evidence of fader being a real morph, but rather a polygenetic trait, but regardless of that, I don't even see fader in that animal anyways.

So imo, if it looks like the joker ball, it's probably a two gene animal.

its a bit weird to give a name to a 4-gene combo that is difficult to produce because of the odds, especially when you basically only see two of the morphs.

the names that really work well and are being used are names for two-gene combos, that can then be combined. like jigsaw blast or pewter bee or killer spinner. unique names for triple-gene combos that are actually in use are very rare. sterling or silver bullet come to mind.

i would say this naming attempt will fail and be forgotten, and as far as im concerned the name "joker" is still available. i agree, it would be a fitting name for a popular clown combo.

My point is there are so many people that want to "make a name" for themselves they are over complicating with nothing that matches 2x4 and 7dollar are a couple other bad ones that come to mind. I know they did those just to be at the top of the WOBP list. Pathetic. :rage::sarcasm::rage:

if i ever get to name a morph, i guess the name will start with 111 :D or maybe use binary code for the name :D

7 dollar was because the snake was bought for 7 dollars, I mean I guess it could of been seven dollars but still. What I don't like about it is just like any other hypo and there is no reason to be calling it a separate morph. Also that snake in the picture is more than likely a yellow belly hypo. not just a hypo.
