WTT: Custom Exo Terra Tank

I have an 18"x18"x24" Exo-Terra Tank custom built which includes the following features:
False Bottom made out of white egg crate
Great Stuff insulating foam background covered in silicone with eco earth
Internal water pump set up for water circulation and to power a waterfall made out of a piece of grapewood
Light canopy included
Sides are blacked out too

Tank is ready for a misting system like Mistking and includes black stand
Tank was built and set up but never used
Ideal for poison dart frogs, crested geckos, tarantulas, etc...
Basically any high humidity species.

Looking for trades, mainly interested in ball python morphs or western hognose morphs.
I am located in Los Angeles 90019.
