Someone somewhere is po'ed about receiving 2 medium hides right now. Did you get charged for all that?

Nope. I just emailed them with the photo and my invoice/receipt.

Yeah I was pretty surprised when I opened it. I wonder if they'll ever find who got mine. I feel bad that someone out there got mine. This is quite a huge and pricy order.

I checked into this for you, and it turns out that the office is already aware of the issue and they have been trying to reach you. Please check your email, or you can give us a call back at 888-547-3784.

The hides pictured are, in fact, medium hides, and we would like to get in touch with you to see if maybe the size you ordered was larger than you needed. There is a bit of a big step between smalls and mediums.

The person who received your order has already been taken care of. :)

Please email or call us; we have been trying to reach you but have not received a response yet. We'll be answering phones until 5 pm PST tonight, and starting again at 10 am tomorrow or 11 am Sunday.
