My first thought is, it's a darker colored fire. The blushing and flames are there, and it does have a headstamp, even if it's not as bright as some I've seen.
What size is it? I'm guessing it's not very big/old. Were you looking for a pet or a future breeder?
That picture makes me think it might just be an exceptional normal. I had a few of those hatch out of my fire clutch. They looked almost exactly like the fires, blushing and all, but they were darker. I actually got into an argument at a show with some guy who tried to tell me my normal female fire sibling wasn't a normal but a fire. I tried to explain that since I hatched her out, and since putting her side by side with her fire siblings you could clearly tell she was not a fire, but he was adamant that I did not know what I was talking about and that she was absolutely a fire. I asked him if she were the fire, then were her siblings deserts? He was really obnoxious and rude about telling me I was too stupid to know what I had hatched. Whatever dude.
But these two look like they might be siblings, and if they are then I'd almost bet it's an exceptional normal like mine were.
If this is an inquiry, post up a clutch shot with snake in question as well as pictures of the parents and you'll probably get better answers. With fire clutches I usually do 2-3 clutch progression shots. These progression shots really seem to help prospective buyers without much experience in the morph.
