    Is there a grey area
Im a complete noob to the herp world. Although I have been doing research for months, I still have tons of questions. In my research for i found that Im attracts to the larger species of snake, this of course also brought to light the lacy act. Fortunately ,for me, none of the animals on it so far strike my fancy. But I did begin to wonder, is there a grey area. Where do hybrids fall? Does a burmball carry the same offense? I have not been able to find an answer to this question. If some one can either tell me or if some one can provide a link to the articles pertaining to this question I would appreciate it. Just to be clear I have no intention of owning or producing hybrids. If this is not covered in the lacy act, I would really like to hear what every one thinks. I don't want to start a debate over ethics of hybrids or any think like that. But i would like to hear from those that are opposed to hybrids but are attracted to the animals that are currently restricted.

    The Serpent Merchant
Hybrids including a snake on the list are illegal under the lacy act. These regulations are rather blunt and ill-informed/conceived.
