    In most cases with new owners the main cause to food refusal is husbandry related.

    How big is your snake's enclosure?

    How big is your snake?

    What are your temps? How do you measure them. (what type of thermometer do you use and where do you get your reading?)

    What type of hides are you providing? Are they tight?

    What type of substrate are you providing?

    Have you been handling your snake? How often?

    What type of prey have you been feeding (type, size, live or F/T)

    Has this snake ever eat for you?

    Answering those question will really help.
