Wooing BP off of live mice for frozen???
Hello everyone i have come here today in seeking the advice from all of you. I was just wondering if there was a way to woo my ball python off of live mice and subbing out with frozen mice. The reason being is the closest pet store to me is about 45 minutes away and it is quite a drive to and from to get her 1 mouse a week. I live in an apartment and i can't breed live mice in my apartment so that is out of the question. I am coming to you guys in desperate need of trying to woo my BP off of live mice. Shes about a year old and about maybe 2 feet long or more.

Buy frozen ,wait seven days, warm it up, use long tongs, move approx 3-4" slowly in in front or to the side of the snakes head, slowly, when your snake turns to the rat a little, slow up your movement, watch for the snake to smell the air(rat) and move just a little until the snake strikes. After your snake constricts be sure to gently tug the rat as if it were alive with a little faster, progressing to slower movements , then to last breath kinda deal. After a couple of feedings, your good to go. Should use temp gun to check temp on thawed food. I personally think its just another positive use of a temp gun. Better safe than sorry:)
