I need some advice about my bp please!!!

My ball python i bought on feb 23 last month... the pet store didn't know how old he/she is and didnt know the sex i don't want to hurt it by checking what the sex is... i would like to know how i cann tell how old it is? Also when i bought it they were feeding him 2 frozen pinkies every 2 weeks so i did the first feed but gave him 1 hopper he did great tried to feed him 7 days later wouldn't eat it now its been 11 days he shedded and is now coming out of his litlle house do you think he's hungry now thank you everyone

First you can only guess the age of your snake by size and weight, but then its not going to be acurate. Just a guess for sure. As for the feeding, if its eating Pinkies, Im assumeing its a young snake, offer it a meal every 5-7 days. If it eats great, if not, dont worry just try again the next feeding day. Balls do stop feeding for many reasons. How are your temps and set-up for it? Pictures will also help. We can give you guesses on age.

Pinkies and even mice fuzzies are way to small unless you have a small hatchling. But most hatchlings can handle hopper mice or rat fuzzies

I agree, move up to rat fuzzies every 5-7 days.

Feed every 5 to 7 days. The size of prey should be a little bigger than the biggest part of the snakes body.

I wouldn't say bigger... the general rule is to the size of the largest part of their body, or 10-15% of their body weight.
Other species can eat things larger than their bodies, but typically it is not suggested for ball pythons. They have slower metabolisms than other species.
