Dry eye caps! Will they shed off in the next shed cycle?
I am a new bp owner and am concerned about my baby bumblebee. She was in shed about three weeks ago and, even though it was incomplete, she shed her eye caps just fine. I of course have since raised the humidity in her tank. About three days after the shed, her eyes developed a crinkled, cloudy look. Even raising heat and humidity hasn't helped. Will this just shed off next shed cycle, or do I need to do more?

What is your current humidity level. You shouldn't just raise it for sheds. You should maintain it around 60-65 % at all times.

Pictures would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

my BP had that problem after the first shed, I got it from a big chain pet store and I'm sure the humidity was not correct, they came off cleanly on the second shed after I had it in a more proper humidity for a period of time. I wouldn't worry too much as long as they come off during the next shed.

This has happened to my bp too. She had a decent shed and i saw he eyecups were there in her head shed but recently her eyes look filmy/cloudy. They look almost hazy, as if they were a dusty tv screen. I have raised humidity but i am worried about her. Should I take her to a vet or do you think she will be ok until her next shed?

I tried to get a decent picture:

    ..."Dry" or Retained from shed?

If they're dry, bump the humidity up to about 65%. If they're retained, you'd know from when she completed her shed, which means...Fun for you.
