    Laying a aquarium on its side?
    I plan to take a aquarium and lay it down on its side for more room and add plexiglas sliding doors on it . They'll be vented if course. Has anybody else done this? If so, have you had good results with it?

    Yes. Kitedemon is no longer active. But he made an Aquarium side project tutorial. It was fantastic.

    Haven't done it for a snake, but my friend and I set up her beardie's tank that way to allow easier access and ventilation.
