    Feeding
Hi Gang! Thanks in advance. My one bp for the second week in a row killed the second mouse hopper but did not eat it. Any ideas? Normal? Advice? Suggestions?

Well I have left it and he does get back to it but he is playing with it. wrapping it up like he is going to eat it and then leaving it, or he will move it around, but not eating it. Have you ever noticed yours do this?

I was reading random threads and have ran into people talking about their BP's doing things like moving the rat into their water bowl, or just moving it around. I'm not sure why this happens. Are you feeding F/T? If you are, what temperature do you thaw the rat to? I always make sure my rats are about the same temperature that they would be if I had stunned a fresh live one. You could also try buying live hoppers and stunning them before feeding? Maybe your BP is just really picky, and wants to feel the rats heart beat? I dunno xD

And for the second week in a row, I'll give you the same advice.
