My frozen rat order not delivered
How likely is it that the rats I ordered and were shipped out Monday and were suppose to be delivered today are still going to be frozen tomorrow? I just got an update from FedEx stating that I wasn't available for delivery and that they would re attempt tomorrow..... Even though I have been home waiting on this dang package all day long!!!! Not a very good experience ordering online for the first time...grr

I dont think its really the people you ordered it from fault. I think it was a mistake by Fedex. Its the winter so I think it would be fine an extra day.

I've had FedEx pull that on me before too, I called them up and gave them an earful. It probably didn't really do that much good, I got my package the next day anyway. But it made me feel better.

I sent the company an email and they already replied! Great customer service and it pulls my mind at ease. He said it would be fine and he is going to call FedEx and demand an early delivery.

When I order mine, they are packed in dry ice and surrounded in insulation as well. They should still be frozen when you get them tomorrow.

Finally got them and they were still frozen. They are smaller than I thought. Last weighed my guy and he was at 155 g after shedding and doing his business. I weighed two of the rat fuzziness and they equalled 15% of his weight so I offered them both and he took them without problems.... he was slamming the mice though and this time he took his time smelling them and kinda just grabbed each......hope this means he will switch to rats without a problem....I dont want him to fast.
