    Air Fresheners vs BPs; reptiles
I've heard air sprays and whatnot are bad for birds, but what about reptiles? Is it bad if they're sprayed anywhere in the home?
I'm a bit concerned because my mom is some sort of air spray/freshener/candle junkie and I don't want her accidentally murdering any of my pets.

I have always tried to avoid having any type of air freshener, bug spray, carpet cleaner, fill in the blank, around any of my snakes. I have NO science to support my feelings on this, but I figure it's better to be safe than sorry.

Any kind of candle will deplete oxygen from the air, aerosols are even worse at depleting oxygen. Youre safest bet would be to use natural oils not oil burners that use candles the 1s that use the little lights. I already went thru this with my GF and have already done the research for you.
