Temps are wack! What am I doing wrong?!

Trying to get my temps right in my new rack and my thermometers all say something different. The herpstat is set to 93 and is reading 92.6, the tub therms read, 93.9, 83.5, 94.3, more weirdly the 93 & 83 are 15q tubs on the same shelf. When I used the temp gun directly on the tape it read mid 80's. Temp gun in the back of a tub read between high 70's to high 80's. I'm SO confused 😭 help!

Are the probes to all you themomerters all set in the proper areas?

When you use the temp gun on the heat tape are you putting it directly over the area where you placed the probe from the herpstat?

Yo when u ran ur heat tape how did u run it ??
