    Should i rase the temps?
My normal female has been undergoing the breeding cycle now since November. I have witness plenty of lock ups now and seen her bowl rapping laying inverted etc.
I have tried palpating her but felt nothing.( maybe a need for more experienced hands) if i rase the temps slightly will this encourage my female to ovulate??

a female will not ovulate because of the temps. if she is bowel wrapping we can assume she is building follicles. After the follicles get to a certain size (around golf ball size) she will ovulate.

check this chart out to see kinda where she is at.

I agree, a temp change shouldn't do anything to her. I actually don't lower my temps until I have girls that are close to laying. During breeding season I leave my warm side at 92, they spend their time on the cool side anyway. Once I have a female close to laying I drop the warm side to 88, that's my incubator temp.
