Considering my first Hognose. Need help choosing.
I believe both of these males are available, and both cost the same amount. I'm hoping to get the one that would look the best as an adult. I'm leaning toward the first one due to the higher contrast, but I have no idea how colour changes with age in hoggies. Which would you chose and why (even if you have no hognose experience, just mention that)?

Also, I know people don't like to talk prices very much here, but what would you say would be reasonable pricing for them.

IMO the first one looks to be the better looking of the 2.

No hog nose experience but the first one looks better to me. Higher contrast so I would think the difference in colors would stay similar to that as it got older.

Bumping :) I'm in the process of getting #1 unless I see reason to get #2.

I would ask for new pics of both just because the pics look like they were taken in different lighting. But if I had to choose #1 would be it. Good luck with your choice

I like #1 as well and have seen albino males priced from $150-$300.

Thanks everyone, I did end up getting #1 and he looks good in person to me, he's got nice contrast. The guy had him originally priced at $300 but had him marked down to $200. He brought him right to my door for $200 so I was willing to pay it. He's so small, I weighed him and he's only 9g! I'm so used to BPs, he seems so tiny! When I hold him he feels like he weighs nothing.

Didn't see this before but I would've went with number 1 as well. There is huge size comparison between them and balls! :) I'm almost afraid to hold mine they're so small. My male is 9 gr and my female is 7 gr.
Glad you're happy with him :)
